Seminar Fee:

The fee for the seminar is US$3,900. This includes lunches, workshop materials, certificate, team photos, refreshments and one dinner.
Payment, in full, 30 days prior to the registration deadline, is required to reserve your space.
No refund if cancelled after the registration deadline.
Transportation, during the seminar, to and from the hotel, located near Genie-TEREX Industries, is provided.
Transportation to and from the airport and the hotel is not provided.

Accommodations:

Special rates and rooms will be reserved to accommodate participants. Please mention that you are attending the Kaizen seminar. Accommodations are not included in the seminar fee.

Special Instructions:

Genie is a heavy equipment manufacturing company. Steel toed shoes or toe caps are required, and must be purchased by participants attending this event. For more information, contact event coordinator.

Register by March 1, 2008 for the May seminar. Register by August 1, 2008 for the October seminar.
